I have started wearing a pedometer everyday to work. I want to know on MFP is there a way to put in your steps for the day and see if I burned any calories?

You should use your steps to determine your activity level:
<5000 = sedentary
5000-7500 = lightly active
7500-10000 = moderately active
>10000 = very active0 -
I have a Fitbit pedometer and it links with MFP.0
