I am going to stop.

In my long binge eating "history" ,I had the worst weeks and gained at least 10 pounds(possibly more.) I want to jump back to my old healthy life. Starting from tomorrow.
Who is with me?!

Even if you already ate something you felt was "bingy" today, just start now.

Yup. You can start over whenever you want. Each second is a new beginning.

One of my worst mistakes in my history of trying to lose was making plans to start, even weeks in advance. Start now. Like someone said, even if you have eaten sooo much that its pathetic today, start now. If you have something too yummy that you want to eat, break it down and eat it over time with your meals and macro. Good success to you
  • I ate 4000 calories already , that is why I didn't count today as a good day. Starting today is a good idea, but I wasn't "delaying" it. Just didn't count today as a healthy one.

Don't insanely restrict yourself and you won't binge.

For me to succeed...or anybody, I think we need to get in the habit of making better choices. Just because you ate 4000 cal already, doesn't mean you can't begin today. Just think of the further damage you COULD do if you "put it off until tomorrow." For me, tomorrow never comes. You only have right now and all of those "right nows" add up!

And this, too! I've kept my eating at 1900-2000 cal/day and haven't gone crazy overeating in almost three weeks.

Start now, keep calories low the rest of the day. Imagine the difference between another 1000 calories and another 4000. (a pound of fat).
  • I am going to try to get my nutrition for the rest of the day with some fruits , veggies and protein. The morning was way too much empty carbs and bad fats..
    Thanks guys!!!

I just came back yesterday after a 20 pound gain. I refuse to buy new clothes.......in the upward direction that is! Feel free to add me.
