Motivating myself

Hello everyone my name is Teisha I'm 31 and trying to lose weight while toning too my starting weight was 185 and now I'm 162 that took about a year smh planning on pushing myself a little harder to get faster and better resultsmy biggest problem is eating habits I just can't get it together help! !

  • Self motivation is best when you right down what postive changes you want in your life. I have the same problems. Im always craving junk food or food that good for me. Doing healthy main course meals was not to hard for me. However getting rid of candies, cakes, chips was the hardest. I been reading Dr. Amen's book. Which has been helping me with that~!
