hi there, I had my 4th child in June , 4th child in 5 years, so although I didn't put on too much weight each time, all those little bits add up, so now I am on a mission to get back to my pre 1st pregnancy weight! I only get a few times during the week to work out as I stay at home with the kids, so it's tough, but my biggest problem is my sweet tooth and snacking!! Here goes to seeing some movement on the ticker!!

  • Was away last weekend with my hubby but I really did surprise myself and didn't do too badly at all. We walked everywhere which helped an awful lot, so all set for Christmas now!!
