What do I need to do in the gym to lose all my weight first?

I have lost about 20 lbs in 71 days. I am now stuck at 180 and can't go down no matter how hard I try. What do I need to be doing to get passed this?!? I have been using the elliptical for 39 minutes everyday 5 days a week. What should my calorie intake be? I'm 180lbs. 21yo. Was 200lbs. And 5'11. Please help

Mix up your routine. Like make one day Leg Day, Arms and Back Day, Cardio Day, Yoga Day... and so on (add a 15 min abdomen workout after each workout) and for calorie count I would suggest 1600-1800 Each day. EAT lots of VEGGIES!0
