This is my first post but I have finally built up the confidence, Starting to feel happier about myself and people are starting to notice the difference.

    Good job!!!!!!!! your weight loss will probably start to slow down soon but regardless just keep on with it get your head down get exercising and become who you are meant to be! Eat well and good luck (i'm from Hull oringinally but left yeeeaaaaarrrrssss ago!)

    I wouldn't go as far as saying it's been easy !! For the last 9 weeks I've been eating only 1000 kcal and training nearly every day...... It's been a struggle to be honest. X
