I have been having this app now for a few months but I am very inconsistent with it. I tried getting my friends to use it for support and motivation but they didn't follow through with it. I have been attending a bootcamp for 6 months now and I have lost a lot of weight but I feel I would be more successful if I stuck to closely monitoring my food consumption. I am hoping to connect with people here with the same fitness/health goals who can motivate me. to keep at it. I love that everyone here is so positive and is sharing their success. I tried once before and only had a few local friends that I knew on here .. wasn't enough so now I'm back and fully participating! Hopefully it will help make a difference this time for me0
