Salt Substitutes -experiences?

Hi all, I've recently decided to reduce the salt in my diet (family has genetically sucky blood pressure), and I've been reading a few articles/sites about it. Now I'd like to hear some RL experience from all of you who have done the same .
I have heard that some of the substitutes have a gross aftertaste. Is there a particular brand that you recommend? Morton's seems to be the most easily available type, any experiences with it?
Ty in advance for any feedback!

You should try Mrs Dash seasonings. They have a variety of flavors like lemon pepper, chipotle, and garlic....I swear by them, and they contain zero sodium.0

I use Morton's light salt and it is just fine for me. I too have issues with HBP and the lower sodium is helping.0

In for the suggestions, cause I am looking for alternatives too...0

I've heard AlsoSalt brand has no metallic aftertaste the way NoSalt does, but is also sodium free.
