      If I were single I'd probably "date" 25-45. I'm 33. I might do other things with boys 21-25 however....

      I'm old enough that I can use the "half my age + 7" rule of thumb as far as dating younger. Would I actually date someone that age? Probably not. That would put them slightly older than my oldest daughter.

      I generally use a rule of 5 years either side of my own age (I'm 39) but my ex fiancée is 12 years younger than me and I'd have no qualms going 12 years older if I was attracted to her.

      I'm 33 and dated as much as +12 years and -5 years. Current boyfriend is almost 3 years younger and sometimes the difference in maturity really shows. Unfortunately, the difference also showed in +12 years where he'd look at the funeral home board every day we drove past it just to see who he knew that died lol. That's when I said, "oh...this clearly isn't going to end well..."

      Years means nothing really.... U can have a person who is 30y older but acting younger than someone 10y younger than u....

      I'm 21. Youngest would be 18, oldest probably 35 but I wouldn't rule out someone older if I really liked them.

      This is all if I was single of course, which I'm not.

      The oldest could be about 70 because my neighbor is around that age, and trust me when I say he can run circles around a 30 year old. This dude is hip, buff (Broad Shoulders) and has a beautiful disposition.

      Hahaha I was waiting for someone to bring up the half my age + 7 rule. My boyfriend and I are half his age + 7 years apart :laugh:

      Youngest I would date is 21 gotta be legal for us to have a drink together. Oldest I'd have to draw the line at 60 when I was in my early 20's I dated a couple of women who were in their 50's. Age is just a number to me.

      Age really is just a number. The oldest I've dated was 20 years older than me. Usually preferred guys about 5-10 years older. My current boyfriend is only 11 months older than me, I like that we're the same age, although his maturity level sometimes seems to be far far lower... Buuuut I love him haha :p. I wouldn't date anyone younger than me. I don't know if it's because I've got a little brother or what the reason is, probably just my preference.

      The youngest would be my age (25). I could never bring myself to date younger.

      Oldest would probably be early to mid 40's.
