Not new but finally reaching out

Hi everyone,
I've been on this site for about 2 months now and have seen myself lose 15 lbs effortlessly (223 lb to a svelt 208 lbs). I exercise less than I used to. I have to say that there is so much misinformation on what to eat, when to eat, etc.... I've found the old adage of "calories in = calories out" still holds true. I do find it important that what I eat to keep me from feeling hungry is very important. Anyways, I would love to make a couple of friends while I'm on my journey to my college pants size.
