    Don't for a minute think you haven't come a long way. You have. I personally think it's best to go it slow, stay the course, and get there in due time ... instead of killing yourself to lose weight quickly. You've made great progress.

    Go for it! I hated the gym I even told my wife "I will never be a gym person" I went to the gym 218 days according to my swipe card!
