Which should I eat - Eating out

Hi all,

Tonight I'm going out for dinner & have narrowed my choice down to two options.
Which do you suggest for a low cal, high protein, low carb, STILL TASTY choice?

CALAMARI CHILLI GREEK SALAD
grilled sweet chilli calamari on baby cos, tomato, red onion, olives, cucumber & feta cheese

WARM BEEF AND CASHEW SALAD (Gluten free)
Beef and cashews tossed w an asian combo sauce, topped w sesame seeds, served w mesculine salad in a lettuce cup

No, that's more than enough for me as I eat continuously throughout the day.

    Which ever one tastes better.

Or whichever one allows you to have a tasty dessert (while still being within your calorie goal, of course). :drinker:

they both sound tasty. I would likely pick the second one just because I prefer asian flavour profiles over mediterranean. But I wouldn't turn down either option.

I'd vote for the first one. there is often a lot of sugar and sodium hidden in Asian dressings. First one sounds lighter and delicious!

depending on sauces, I'd say the beef with cashews is probably significantly higher in calories.
Having said that...I freakin' love cashews and would get that.

Still havent decided, I think it'll be spur of the moment!
But if I get the Asian beef the sauce will be on the side ;)
