Weight Loss Plateau 5ft female at 120lb

I'm wondering how many calories do any 5ft woman eat here during weight loss plateaus. Calories you eat when you're sedentary, or lightly active. active to get down to 110 pounds or 105.

I'm having the same issue, except I'm 5' 1. Two weekends ago I went to a sushi buffet (oops) and after that it has been really hard for me to get back into the swing of things...

Try an online calorie calculator to get a rough guess. If you track your calories each day and weigh yourself regularly you'll get an idea after a month what calories works for you. I like carb cycling, and intermittent fasting

I am 5ft and 111lbs. I started at 129lbs back in August. I put myself down as lightly active - I am a housewife so I don't count anything that I do regularly during my day as exercise.

I eat 1350 to 1500 cals, with 1500 being the maintenance calories of my goal weight. I found it easier to set myself a range, because some weeks I am really hungry and others I have no problem hitting the goal (depends on where I am in my cycle). However I do actually weigh all my food, so that I am reasonably sure of my intake.

If I average my weight loss over those weeks I have lost 0.5lbs every week. However I weigh myself daily and track that in one of those free apps, because I gain weight around ovulation and then have a small whoosh and I'll be 0.5lbs below the previous low, then I gain again in the run up to my period and then afterwards I have another whoosh and log 1.5 lbs. below the previous low.

    good luck :flowerforyou:
