hello! Ketogenic diet here.

Hi everyone! I am brand new to this site, and I have to say, I am impressed. I hope this makes tracking what I eat easier. I have been on a ketogenic diet for 7 weeks now, and have lost almost 24 lbs, but I find tracking everything I put into my mouth to be overwhelming and time intensive. I make a lot of meals from scratch, so trying to figure out how much nutritional info is in each recipe can be a lot of work! If anyone would like to swap low carb recipes, I am always up for trying something new.
