Loved 30 day shred. Gave me a good fitness base. I will still add in her workouts a few times a week, although now I do extreme shed and shred, banish fat boost metabolism, and hard body. I ate between 1200-1800 calories. Mostly clean, lots of protein, including whey protein powder.0

Same (former) CW and GW...except that I'm 5'4" and OP is 5'9"...
I'm in the same situation as you. I'm 5'4", currently right under 180 and want to get to about 140. It's alright though, we got this!
I have to agree with everyone else here, you do look amazing!0 -
You look fantastic! Congratulations! We have very similar body types. I'm also 5'9" and I have been 180 lbs. in the past, and looked very similar to your before pics. Right now I'm 168 lbs. and my goal weight is 150 with lots of muscle.
Thanks for the inspiration!!!!!0 -

You look fantastic! Obviously you put a lot of work into working out. How long did it take you and what did your workout week look like? I am trying to get motivated in my work portion and I am struggling. Advice?0

It took about a year, but within that year I feel off the wagon a few times until I finally really found my true love (lifting weights) about 6 months and haven't looked back since.
I started with the 30 day shred, and then I began to add in heaving weights 4-5 times a week with cardio sessions thru out the week. I run, cross train, do cardio workout videos, on top of weight training.
I am currently doing P90X and I love it!0
