Hi there!
I just started waking up to get to the gym at 4:30ish am which is the only time I can get my workouts in due to school, work, children responsiblities; however I find that I am starving all day and am tempted to eat my lunch by 10:30am (LOL!). Yesterday my day went something like this.
4:00am - Woke up
4:30am - Workout
7:30am - Breakfast
10:00am - Snack
11:45am - Lunch
1:30pm - Snack
4:30pm - Dinner
9:30pm - Went to bed
However I am starving inbetween meals snacks specially after dinner which is rather early. What time do you have your meals? Do you space them out more? Less? TIA!!

Hello! My schedule is very similar to yours.
4:15 Wake up
4:45 Work Out
8:00 Breakfast
11:30 Lunch
3:00 Snack
5:30 Dinner
9:30 Bed
I'm definitely hungry by lunch but starving by dinner! I really don't have trouble after dinner but that's also when I eat the most calories. I also drink at least 100oz of water throughout the day so maybe that's helping stave off the hunger some?0 -
I am a little off, but I do:
4:00 Wake up
5:00 Gym
6:30: Post workout Recovery shake
8:30-9: Breakfast
11:30- Lunch
2:00- Snack
5:30- Snack
8:00-Dinner
10:00- Bed
It works for me to have two snacks between lunch/dinner, but it helps me to stretch dinner later and not be hungry at night!0
