Well today was day 1, not to bad really, don't feel hungry and haven't cheated on my goals, lets just hope I don't wake up for that midnight biscuit. Anyhow, good to join you and look forward to your support x Dave

    Good job on thriving on day 1.

    Plan now for when you wake up craving that biscuit. Cause in the middle of a craving is not the time to decide. lol.

    It sounds like you are doing great and well on your way to a healthier lifestyle. Congrats.
