Body fat scales... what do you use?

I have scales that 'measure' body fat and some calipers on their way but am wondering what other people use.

Me too! Calipers should be delivered tomorrow. My home scale is eat right. I have a scale for myself and for my food. The scale shows me at 2% body fat lower than I was measured at the Disneyworld Marathon Expo by a local hospital. So, kind of accurate, I guess.

I use a Fitbit Aria scale, and seems to be pretty accurate. I first learned what my body fat % was when I was at a hospital, and when I purchased the Aria, the percentage was off by less than 1%.
  • I use calipers at home and use bod pod to get more accurate results every month or so.
  • I used calipers a few times to compare. I learned that my bodyfat percentage is less than I thought. Now I prefer measurements and pictures. This works best for me.

So the calipers arrived this morning and have done 4 different methods to calculate, They range from 15.48 - 17.84! Thats ALOT less than I thought it would be, may scales have me at around 27. I wonder if I am doing it wrong???
