hi there, just new starting AGAIN today on MFP, just a query, do you all weigh and count your vegetables at meal times? as I've always done Weightwatchers and they allowed most veg free, except, peas/sweetcorn/parsnips.
Thanks in advance. Niki

On a calorie counting program, you have to count all of your calories, even the ones from fruits and veggies.0

If you're counting calories, you might as well count them from all sources. As far as I understand it, the calorie equivalent of the weight watchers point goal is lower than what you'd get on MFP, to account for the "free" fruit and vegetables.0

Sometimes I don't count the greens on my sandwich or a baby carrot or two snuck out of the fridge, but yes you should be counting anything with calories. Don't mix the two systems.0

If you eat it, count it. Or it's just the start of the slippery slope to not counting properly at all.0
