Still going strong! Thanks MFP! (with photos)

Hi there! I posted my first success story a year or two ago and here's an update! I continued using MFP after meeting my goal and joining the Army. Feel free to add me! Whether you need motivation, someone to talk to, or need an additional friend, I'm always here!

Story: I'm 19 and my weight problem started at the age of 14. I was borderline pre-diabetic and had PCOS (polycycstic ovarian syndrome). I was a very emotional teenager so I turned to food for comfort. When I heard that my health was in jeopardy, I took medication for my PCOS which also helped with my weight loss. After 2 years of taking the medication, my doctor finally took me off and said that I am now in control of my body. So that's when I turned to MFP and started to monitor my intake of food and exercise. After losing around 50 pounds, I decided to join the Army which was one of the greatest thing I have ever done. I hope this inspires everyone to reach for their dreams and always remember, "Pain is temporary, Pride lasts forever".
