advice?

I started this journey on New. Years day, after joining mfp in August. I lost about 20pounds in the late months of last year and have lost 13pounds since starting to log calories and such. In the last week and a half or so I haven't lost anything though and have started to get frustrated. I'm still chugging along but I would love to have some friends to support me, make suggestions towards my diet plan and such. I don't know why I haven't lost recently and would love suggestions. I know that 10days isn't a long period to go off of, but I would love ideas on how to change my food plan.SW: 269, CW: 236, GW: 140

Not sure I should give advice as I am eating my way through my kitchen but here goes:
I have learned try to eat your carbs and sugars earlier in the day (assuming you work and live a 9-5 lifestyle). Avoid fruits and heavier carbs as the day goes on. Go for more proteins and fibers w/low fats and carbs as day goes on. Make sure your drinking your at least 8 glasses of straight up water. I have a power drink each morning- 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon ginger, 1 teaspoon cinnamon mixed in w/a cup of warm water. Tastes gross to me I chug it but my hubby loves it and sips it like tea. This prepares the body for maximum nutrition. The research I have done indicates a balance and that is what I have been attempting to maintain. My focus is more on sodium then calories or carbs but I watch those as well. I am not sure your goal but I am guessing you did not gain all of your weight in a couple days so don't expect to loose it all in a couple days. You cna loose it fast but guaranteed it will come back w/extras. Slow and stead and research the nutrition and the varied exercises. I have been researching interval training. http://skinnyms.com/4-minute-fat-burning-tabata-workout/
Life changes will loose the weight and keep it off:) But not in a day or two
