I have some leftover tofu from a recipe I made over the weekend. I was hoping to find some way to turn it into a grab and go snack. Maybe sautee it I guess?

I made this recipe the other day: http://vegetarian.about.com/od/tofurecipes/r/crispytofu.htm, and it was fantastic! I didn't have any onion salt, so I substituted Lawry's seasoning, and it tasted like seasoned french fries. Happy accident there. They keep--and re-heat--really well in a plastic container in the refrigerator.0

Make it part of a dip. It's a great substitute for cream. Like spinach and onion dip. Dip in veggies. So much protein0

Just marinate in a light teriyaki sauce and chill. Good as a snack or in a sandwich.0

You can bake it or stir fry it. Or if it's silken tofu you can turn it into yummy 'sausage rolls': http://herestheveg.blogspot.com.au/2008/12/december-7-2008-vegan-sausage-rolls.html
They are SO GOOD.0 -
Depends on what kind of tofu it is. Silken? Cubed? Extra Firm?
I snack on mine straight out of the fridge. I enjoy the flavor. But that's the extra firm. I use silken tofu the way others use plain yogurt to make a breakfast smoothie.0 -
Blend it into your usual shake. Better if it's silken, but not completely necessary.0
