Staying Motivated during Cold Months

    My only tip is use any and all support that you have here on MFP, and ALWAYS think about your goal. It is freezing where I am located but I always think about what I want my body to look like and reaching my goal so I pop in a good workout dvd and get it poppin :) When it is not completely freezing outside I walk some on my breaks at work as well.

    I am finding being accountable to someone helps. A couple weeks ago I joined Jantastic with a group from MFP and needing to keep my goal of 5 runs a week motivates me to keep going. I also try to remind myself that once the weather becomes warmer I do not want to have deconditioned myself to the point I can't do the longer runs anymore.
