Hey Guys. I took a before shot of myself on Oct 1st 2010 and just took another shot of myself and the results look dramatic. I was shocked at myself and yet my journey still is not over. My goal is to get to 230 then start to lift weights so I have that thin toned athletic look. I will not take a another shirt off pic to match the two until 12/31. Just wanted to share. Thanks guys. The photo will be in my profile pics page. At work not able to upload to a photo server.

I basically cut my allowed calories because of my size. I was allowed like 1770 to 1300 depending on the days it would be even less or more. I know my own body and treat myself like a science project. I know that drinking alcohol will pack on the pounds with me and I know that carbs and sugar are not friendly to me, especially because of my thryoid problem. I have a hypothyroid and I just wanted to let you people out there know you can do it. I take spin classes are least 3 times a week. Each class is an hour and burn upto 1,000 calories if I'm only consuming 1300 cals and burned 1000 then I basically had 300 calories but you have to replenish yourself with shakes. I sometimes eat 2 meals and one shake or vise versa. The science really does work but you need to move and burn more then what you put in your body and the weight will come off. When I reach my goal weight I will then need to make some changes of course but I'm not stopping until I get there. Hope that helps. Thanks again friends0
