Can anyone recommend a good runner's lotion/cream to prevent chaffing? Where do you buy it? How much does it cost?

    Where are you chafing? I run 5 miles a day and i've never had this issue.

    For those of us whose legs rub together when we run..... I use ky spray. It's easy to reapply when needed (you just spray) and is an inexpensive alternative to ...friction... Mutli purpose too...

    I believe it is called glide. It comes in a stick that you put on place that chafe. Can find it at running stores. HTH

    Manyyclists use Chamoise Butter/Cream and many runners use Body Glide. Either one works, although I use the glide for my triathlons
