Looking for some tips on becoming fit!

I just recently got into working out and really dedicating my self to becoming fit! I have been doing alot of online reading on my own but I would love to hear other people's ideas.

  • I'm sorry I have loads of questions! It was just kind of a broad topic. What kind of healthy eating can you do when your on a super tight budget?

    I find that doing different types of exercise each day keeps me from getting bored and sets the right mindset to eat right. I do cardio one day and resistance training the next, always looking for different things to do (to mix it up). Good luck!
  • See I have tried working out different things each day but I developed a problem with that. I work my biceps Monday and I push hard, problem is I end up still sore when the next Monday hits. What does it mean if I'm sore for that much time?

    I go to Costco and buy their spinach and big veggie bags, along with their packaged Chicken Strips - that lasts me all week!
