Is anyone out there doing or going to do the Daniel Plan diet? Feel free to add me for motivation and encouragement. I will begin at the end of Feb. with my church

    That is great! I have heard about Rick Warren ' s book...is that what you will be using?

    I'm interested too and can get one of my friends to do it too.
    I'm looking for a closed group kind of accountability. Does anyone know of an online group?
    Anyone interested in starting the group here?

    Just taking the Daniel Plan class now at church. I like all the facets it encompasses, and the eating is very much like the path I've been on anyway. Would love the encouragement and accountability of a DP group on here :)
