Best eyeliner flick I've ever seen. Tips please?!

Why thank you! I am an artist so I kind of have a natural flair for make-up.
What I do is take either a liquid liner or creamy liner and line the top lid from inside to outside, if it is for the daytime I might just flick it up a tiny bit, often have to go over it again and use qtips to clean up smudges, another helpful thing is to look online for instructions, I have seen some good steps for pin up girl eye liner techniques..
