Is there any general way to log weights and things?

first! I don't know if it’s what you’re looking for but there is a strength training in the cardio section0

You can look up "arm curls" or whatever it is you are doing. Sometimes it will be there. Or "weight lifting,general".0

I log it under strength training in the cardio section as well. If you just log it as individual exercises in the weights section it doesn;t register any calories burned so it makes sense to do it under cardio.
