Are you telling me that you are netting 200 calories a day at the moment?
How are you even functioning?
Up your calories right away. How much do you weigh, and how tall are you? Age?0 -
I actually feel way more energetic than i used to before..
I weigh 95kgs and am 5ft 10" tall..aged 24 years0 -
you aged 24 years in 6 days? Sounds about right for those net cals.0
-
lol i didnt age 24 years.
my age is 24 years..just turned 24 a week ago0 -

I just put your stats in a TDEE calculator, and it is 2511 calories a day if you are sedentary, which i doubt you are.
You could lose a pound a week eating 2000 calories a day. I bet you'd lose more than one pound.
As for the energy... There is such a thing as a "hunger high". Trust me, you're doing nothing but damaging your health right now.0 -
I would suggest you read this:

I shouldn't bother but,
at least your BMI seems right for weight loss.
The beard might make you look much older.
400 calories a day is ludicrous.
Do you want to die? eat more you're a man you can eat MUCH MORE and still lose heaps of weight.0 -
i'm just worried i might gain weight now if i move to a 1200-1300 calorie diet..does that happen?0

Oh okay then you have a LOT of life ahead of you an an agile young mind that can take on new info.
research things like TDEE, BMR, and etc. this site has a search feature. increase your calories. profit.0 -

when you research you will find that even if it does it's short lived and then followed by actuall loss, at much higher calories for your personal stats.0 -

I'm an analyst and i am quite sedentary..will start eating more calories..planning for a 1200 calorie diet.
how much will i loose if i eat 1200 a day for 5-6 weeks??0 -
Because that will still put you at a deficit of over 1300 calories...You're an analyst? I sit on my *kitten* all day too and I don't even eat only 400 calories a day and have lost 60 lbs. 200 calories net is ludicrous. You're on your way to organ failure. Check out Sara's link. Good info there.0

It would if you were a 16 pound house cat. Are you a 16 pound house cat? If so, I applaud your typing skills.0 -

If what you are saying is true, you need to eat more. Use MFP guidelines to set up a calorie goal, and eat at least what it says. If you exercise a lot, eat back some of the exercise calories too.0

I am a 46 year old woman with a desk job who does no...I can eat quite a bit more than that and still lose weight.
When you up your calories you may see a temporary increase in the scale. Don't panic. It is the additional food and water weight and will stabilize (carbs increase water weight - more food, usually = more carbs = more water weight).
Make sure you weigh you food where possible and log as accurately as you can. Tweak your calories based on your results. With only a few pounds to lose, 1/2 - 1lb per week is a good rule of thumb. Look at trends though and not day to day fluctuations that can be thrown off by water weight.0 -
Keep eating that amount and your metabolism will plummet. Sure you will lose weight, but not sustainably, nor particular fast. You need to eat more.
Your stats are fairly similar to mine. I have lost 8kg in just over a month. Way faster than your current rate of 3lbs but I am eating nearly 1550 calories a day.0 -
Also in your case, don't measure yourself daily. You are being far too sensitive to minor changes in weight and will get disappointed.
I have had weight gain and stalls within the month. I have had periods where everything is right and I have put on almost 3lbs.0 -
just had a 300 calorie sub..my stomach is jumping with joy!!0
