Hi Dear All, this morning, I bicycled along River Elbe in Hamburg, Germany.Also I love running along this river. What are your favorite places for running/bicycling/hiking? Thank you all.

    I love hiking in the adirondack mountains in NY state.

    There are some beautiful scenic trails that skirt the edge of the mountain and give a great view into the Tennessee River gorge. They are great for running or just hiking and the trailhead is about a mile from my from door. Lucky me.
