It's been a good week!!

I wanted to share some NSV's. I was really feeling discouraged early in the week. BUT, I kept with the plan (for the most part) and had good things come from it:

1. I ran 32 miles this week. I ran my longest distance ever (14 miles)!!
2. Two women at the gym told me I have perfect hair. What woman doesn't want to hear that?!?!
3. A woman in BodyPump said, "You must be really strong. You lift really heavy weights." That sure felt good!
4. My husband told me my face looks thinner, despite the fact that I haven't lost any weight this week.
5. I fit into my smallest dress pants today WITHOUT feeling like a sausage!
