Hello everyone, I am a newbie to myfitnesspal, but I am not a newbie to losing weight. I have allowed myself to gain a few pounds (20) and now I want them off by spring. I am highly motivated and this website is helping to keep me accountable. I look forward to this fitness journey with you all. :smile:
