T25 5 days a week plus dodgeball 1 day... Too much?

I just finished my 4th week of T25 alpha today and Thursday was my first night of dodgeball.
I have struggled to lose 2 lbs in my 4 weeks of T25 and I'm wondering if this extra day of exercise will help or hinder my progress. In the past week I cut out almost all my Mio use and tried to eat between 1700 & 1900 calories a day (which feels like a lot but my TDEE (exercise 3-5 days a week) - 25% is 1900)
Ps in dodgeball I don't play super hard (out of shape and only half the court) and I played for about 40 minutes so I don't burn an insane amount of calories

Did you get the nutrition guide with T25? You definitely need to be eating that much, as long as its good clean food! Its good to still be active outside of T25! You just dont want to go all crazy and say do T25 then go to the gym and lift and do insanity lol! You want to do T25 like its scheduled for you and eat from the nutrition guide and still be active! That will maximize your results! Doing dodgeball once a week is perfectly fine! Just dont push yourself to do to much if your not used to it! You will get amazing results with T25 by following the guidlines that you got with your program! Good luck :-) oh and ofcourse when u think u had enough drink more :-) and try adding lemon, cucumber, fruit! Anything like that will add great flavor to your water and is all natural!0

I did get the nutrition plan. I don't follow it, I just try to eat healthy. I was eating between 1400-1600 calories for the first 3 weeks and I was still struggling to lose weight so I figured I should eat more.
This already seems harder than it should be, I just want to make sure I'm not making it even harder for myself0
