    At the top of the thread click "Settings" and then check the "Show my ticker" box.

    I am always over on those two, even though the plan tells me to eat 2000+ calories a day and I only average about 1300. Carbs make me binge so I just avoid them. Losing weight like a champ and feeling great so I see no reason to follow their recommendations. I say if you are meeting your goals and you feel good, then go over and feel no shame :laugh: !

    I make it a point to go over on fats, being that I eat keto-style, which is high fat and low carb.

    I love my fats. I'm regularly over on fats. Sometimes protein.
