I use a treadmill most days cuz it is the most conveniant (sp?). Do you think it is best to do faster or more incline. I have read more incline helps butt and thighs (lord knows this is my biggest trouble spot), but would walking faster help with quicker weight loss. Today I did 2.5 mi. at a 4 incline and 3 mph. What do you all think? Thanks!

You can't go wrong! I would mix it up and do a bit of both...or alternate days - incline one day, speed the next.
I think the more of an incline the more it will have a building muscle result, and more speed would have a slimming result. Both are good!0
