Anyone know how to figure calories for steam cleaning carpets? Spent about 60 minutes doing it and am dripping from sweat Ü I know I burned SOMETHING...no idea how to figure it or what it might compare to that would be in the data base.

    probably just use the count for vacuuming to get an idea

    I type it in under the exercise section vacuuming doesnt even come up....:angry: Am I doing something wrong? I normally wouldnt even INCLUDE something like this in my exercise, but I have been really far under in calories for this entire week (NOT normal for me) and I am just afraid of going into that starvation mode where my body sucks onto all the food it eats...so wanted to try to get a realistic idea of calories burned...

    Since I have the same reaction when I mow here in the TX heat... I would just look up Mowing lawn.... 30 minutes was 214 for me yesterday....

    VERY COOL! Thanks! I typed in mowing the lawn and got 655 I typed in vacuuming and got 325 (or something).....I would think it was more than vacuuming and pretty similar to mowing the lawn but I think I counted it as 450 calories burned...that should be fine...
