Tomato Gratin

10 Roma Tomatoes, sliced somewhat thin
4 oz Mozzarella (Or grated parmesan. I was out of it or I'd have used that.)
A few slices of slightly stale bread (I used a quarter of a baguette)
2T Olive Oil
Salt and Garlic powder to taste
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Start by slicing your tomatoes, fairly thin or to desired thickness, and layer in a baking pan. After each layer I gave it a dash of salt and garlic powder and sprinkled cheese on top. Once finished, put the bread in a food processor and pulse until it is coarse and crumbly. Add in the olive oil and remaining cheese and pulse again to mix it.
Bake the tomatos for 10 minutes, then remove and add the bread crumb topping and return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes. After the 10 minutes was up, I put it on broil to brown the top a bit more.
