Ran my first 5k Race!

I just ran my first 5k road race and I couldn't be more pleased! A year ago I couldn't run a whole 5k, and today I ran my fastest time ever: 35:12! Whoo hooo! I placed 10 out of 18 in my division and I feel on top of the world :bigsmile:

Great job! I am looking to run my first 5k this year. I walked the majority of one last year with a little running but wasn't in the best shape then as I am now. That is one of my goals this year is to run a 5k or at least run more than I did last year. Thanks for your inspiring post!0

That is awesome! Running an entire 5k is one of my goals for this year. Right now I run about a mile before I need a walking break. You must be so proud of your accomplishment!0
