syncing with fitbit

Hi,
I have synced fit bit with my pal and then checked off negative settings. Now it's showing+11 under exercise. Do I still manually enter exercise??????

    fitbit has been having problems syncing, I have had to do it myself lately. Hope they fix it soon

    I enter in things that the fitbit doesn't log. Anything step related don't log. It will take away or add calories depending on how active you are. You want to enable negative adjustments for it to work right! Don't log any exercise on fitbit log everything on MFP.

    - also sometimes you have to go to your fitbit app and tell it to sync I've noticed it hasn't always been syncing up with my phone lately but it has been adding the calorie adjustment to MFP with no problems.
