I joined myfitnesspal quite some time ago. It was nice to see the support and advice that this community offers. That said, when I moved locations to attend college I went solo and the result has been a weight gain of 30 lbs and am heaviest I've ever been. I decided it was time to return after about 30 months. Please lend your support folks i'm gonna need it.

Welcome back! I definitely understand college related weight gain, I'm in the process of working mine off as well! You're more than welcome to send me a friend request if you'd like, good luck on your progress!0

Hi. I'm confident that you can do this. Just take it one day at a time and focus on your 'to do' list, more than your 'not to do list'. If you want it enough, you'll find a way to make it happen.0

Thanks for the support. As I said, I've tried in the past few months to lose on my own but it seems to go easier when you have people offering encouragement.0
