My name's raven. I'm looking for more support and feed back from anyone and everyone. Especially anyone who knows anything about nutrition. I'm having a hard time learning how and what to eat. I walk around a grocery store confused coming from a diet of fast food, restaurant, and frozen everything. Thank you.
