    Ever wonder what difference a year can make? (with pic)

    So if you ever wonder what difference a year can make, here is some motivation.

    I used a picture from last February and this January and numbers from last February and today.

    So there is the picture proof- It's crazy to see the differences in a year. But here are some other differences:

    I lost 45.5' in a year~
    ~5.5' from my waist
    ~7' from my hips
    ~4' from my arms
    ~9" from my thighs
    ~5" from my bust
    ~15' from my abdomen

    and 9% body fat /// 38 lbs =)

    What I have gained over the last year:
    ~I can run 8 miles
    ~I can shop at any store for the most part- no more plus size stores for me
    ~health and more years to my life

      Thanks everyone. One of the things I have learned is to trust in the process and keep making good decisions. Accept that I may have a bad day and move on. I try not to set goals with limits, like lose 10 lbs in 2 months because thats when I find myself getting frustrated or what not. I just keep doing the right thing and let the results show for themselves =)

      Yeah I have lost 159 lbs in 5 years and a couple months.

      But last year I lost 38 of it.
