123 days until Cancun!

I'm struggling with getting into a routine and sticking with it. Aside from my "boo-hoo" I'm stuck, I'm just looking for suggestions on what YOU would do between now and the end of June to get into the best swim suit shape possible. Please don't tell me "eat clean and workout". I get that. I'm looking for some REAL suggestions. Workouts, plans, meal ideas, etc. Just need some new ideas. Thanks. <3

    weights weights and heavy weights...if you don't know where to start, try something like Chalean Xtreme - great program....

    Thanks! I'll look into it. I have a small weight set (3, 5, 8lb) but I'm looking into purchasing a few more heaver weights.

    1. I'd do 30DS, Ripped in 30, and Shred it with Weights. I graduated to using 10's, 12's, and even 15's for some of the moves. I see a big difference in my arms, midsection, and butt with these DVD's.

    2. Drink lots of water!
