Hi everyone I managed to loose all my baby weight an more in less than 6 months, I lost 20kg but now in the last month I have gained 2kg. I haven't really changed much in my diet or exercise, I still feel great but just not sure if I'm doing something wrong! I try to walk 5 to 10 km a day an i do only body weight training, I really want to get back down? Any tips would be great

You're eating too many calories to maintain your weight. Decrease intake and/or increase output.0

I only eat 1200 calories should I decrease that more?0

if u are at your goal weight, you should up your calories 100 per week. Don't decrease but get moving! Have u stopped exercising?0

Loose and Lose are 2 different things! Sorry, that's a pet peeve of mine.
I've maintained for 6 months now and maintaining is WAY hard compared to losing the weight. It's true that you need to increase your calorie intake by 100 calories each week.
Have you cut anything out of your diet while you were losing and added it back once you were done?0 -
I have continued exercising, everyday that's why I'm confused because I reached 55kg (121lb) and have gained 2kg (4lb) in 3 weeks I feel like all my hard work is disappearing0

How long do I continue to up my calories? I really want to maintain my goal0

4 lbs could be anything. Is this a steady upward trend of water weight, TOM, weighing at different times of the day?
Also, it's not uncommon to hit a goal weight and then rebound a few pounds. That's why some people suggest losing to 5 lbs UNDER your goal weight, so when it creeps back up, you're at your actual goal weight.
Do not eat any less than 1200, and in fact, consider upping that as someone else suggested slowly over time. You don't want to get stuck living on 1200 cal/day forever.
I agree with incorporating more movement in your life rather than eating less or freaking out.
And without knowing your stats, I gently suggest that perhaps YOUR goal weight is not your body's happy weight...and you might need to let it recalibrate a bit and adjust your expectations.0 -
Unfortunately nobody can give you specifics. Maintenance requires experimenting for what works for your body.
That might mean looking into weight lifting or swimming or running or yoga or some combination.
It could also mean deciding you want to be able to eat 1800 a day and adding 50-100 cals every 1-2 weeks to your daily intake until you get from 1200 to 1800. OR maybe you keep eating your 1200 (I wouldn't advise this but I'm not going to tell you what to do) but incorporate a treat meal here and there.
Don't panic. Seriously. It is so very very normal for weight to fluctuate 3, 5, sometimes even 10lbs a day, let alone 3 weeks!0 -
Thanks for that. I always am moving I don't intend to starve myself I love my food, maybe I'm been paranoid, I guess it's puzzling cause I have been working really hard
For the info

Have you been logging your calories? Maybe the "calorie creep" is to blame.0
