This may be a stupid question but I can't figure out what my maximum heart rate should be when I'm doing cardio. I'm 26 5'2 174 lbs. it's probably really easy to figure out but I'm having trouble doing it. What should I be aiming for (between what bpm)?
I hope my question is easy to understand.
Thanks!

Age-based formula 220 minus your age (A) = estimated max hr (HRMx)
To find your target zonesMHR X .60=( ) MHR X .70=( ) TZ1MHR X .70=( ) MHR X .80=( ) TZ2MHR X .80=( ) TZ3You now have your three personal target zones
Key Target Zones
60-70% of max hr: weight loss, building endurance
70-80% " " " : weight management, improving cardio fitness
80%+: interval workouts0
