OK. I need friends

Hi, I am near my goal weight. I am 5'7" and currently weigh 152 pounds. I have lost 37 pounds and want to get down to 145. I exercise most every day. I walk, run, bicycle, and spin. I log my food and exercise daily and my diary is open so my friends can view it.

Hi Dale. You can add me if you like. I'm also close to {returning to} goal - just trying to rid myself of a few final holiday pounds. I also exercise routinely.0
