Ok so my wrist hurts almost all the time, haven't figured out whether it's carpal tunnel or what (I had a ganglion cyst in my other wrist). What can I do to strengthen it? I can barely do some of the workouts on xbox one because I can't do anything where I support my body with my hands, no planks etc. What do I do??

Ouch! I know when I broke my ankle it took me a good year and half before I was fully back running on it. And that was a gradual walk, then a faster walk to managing a short run, etc.... Not sure about the wrist. Do you sit at a computer all day?

nope. I did for a few days a week for 2 months at a job though, that's when it started but it hasn't gone away

Try wrist/forearm mobility exercises. Stretching the muscles and gaining more mobility could help you build strength easier.
  • I've had really weak wrists since I was really young and I struggle with exercises like plank and push-ups aswell.. have to let me know if you find anything that can ease it!
