Hi, my name's Hollie-Lynne and I am new here. I am 20 years old, short, and over weight; I've always had issues with losing weight, ever since I was eight, and I really want to get it off. I am getting gastric bypass surgery in about two months and I would like to start learning how to count my calories and doing workouts.

Hi and welcome
There's plenty of nice people here in the same situation as you and don't worry about contacting people to ask questions about stuff.
I'm glad to see that you want to learn how to control what you put into yourself after that surgery as I personally know people who have done it and still continue drinking soda and eating chips and not understanding why they don't loose weight.
Feel free to add me if you'd like0
