Motivational friends needed!

My name is Angel. I am 22, and recently had a baby!! I love my baby more than words, but my body afterwards, not so much! I have always been around 130, and was at an all time high in the military (which i'd like to just say was muscle ;P ) but my body isn't as easy to fix as before! Its been 7 months since I've had my baby, and I've naturally lost around 20 pounds. I was at 203 when I gave birth, and now 175-180.. I am wanting to get back down to 145 at most. I've always had thick legs, and bottom but this stomach, face, chest, and arm problem is new, and STUBBORN! If anyone has any especially good workouts, please let me know! Defiantly going to need to be strict on myself, but for someone who's never had to watch what I eat to be skinny, its going to be a challenge!!!
